Children will spend time in play, gather at the High Altar for a musical Children’s Compline, and engage in God’s Big Story as they learn about the Psalms and the Lord’s Prayer.

Faith & Friendships | 6pm-7:30pm | 3rd- 5th Grade
A class in which boys and girls meet separately to explore Scripture inductively alongside same-gender parents. Boys participate in Adventures in Faith and girls in Holy Friendships, with all students gathering for Evening Prayer with worship music at the High Altar at 6:15.
Children’s Catechumenate | 10:30 –11 am, Jan 11-Apr 26 | 1st Graders
The One Faith, One Family workshop helps children learn about Anglican tradition, the sacraments of baptism and Eucharist, and what it means to belong to the church family, culminating in their participation in the Festal Eucharist on Apr 19.
Sunday School – God’s Big Story | 10:30-11am, Jan 11-Mar 22 | 2 years -5th Grade
God’s Big Story invites children into the narrative of God’s abounding faithfulness and love, experienced through worship that weaves together story, song, prayer, teaching, and age-appropriate reflection and creativity. Children follow the cross out at the end of the 9am service.
Virtue and Valor:Empowering young Ladies and Lads
Wednesday Nights
Join us Wednesdays this spring to dive into God's word to learn what He says about how to be a little lady or lad (and one day, a grown woman or man) of strong Christian character. Boys and girls will worship and pray together at evening prayer then break into gender groups to discover, learn, and discuss how we can stand apart from the world and shine the light of Jesus! Mothers are encouraged to attend with their daughters and Fathers are encouraged to attend with their sons.

Children will spend time in play, and will go to the High Altar for a Children’s Compline with music. Children will also be spend time learning and wondering about our loving God in a special story time each week.

This is a special program geared toward our preschoolers and toddlers. We read books, sing songs, and make a craft. Feel free to come early or stay late to play on the playground. This is a great community event.
God’s Big Story invites children to enter into the narrative of God's abounding faithfulness and love for all of his beloved children. GBS is taught in the context of worship through liturgy, song, scripture memory, story presentation, wondering questions, catechesis (teaching of doctrine and the faith), prayer, and many reflective and creative responses geared to a variety of age groups.

The One Faith One Family workshop is an opportunity for Children to learn about Anglican traditions and what it means to be a part of the church family. This wonderful program includes opportunities to learn about sacraments such as baptism and eucharist. Children will also explore how to share their faith with others. Festal Eucharist for this class will be May 4th.

1st Grade and Under | Every Sunday during the 9am service
Children (1st grade and under) are invited to come to Sacred Play during the 9:00am Service. Children should come to the Narthex during the Sequence Hymn. Once downstairs they will have an opportunity to participate in a Montessori style bible lesson and play. Children will return to their pews during The Peace.
