Thursdays 9:30 am January 15 to March 26th

Mom to Mom Heart Talk is a video-based study designed for moms. This program welcomes both experienced mothers and those just beginning their journey.

Fathers Who Follow

Wednesdays 6:15 pm, January 14th to March 25th

This semester, Fathers Who Follow will be helping dads who are tired of leading their families and life from a place of chronic stress and reaction. We will be using Steve Cuss’s book, Managing Leadership Anxiety, as a catalyst to help fathers develop healthier emotional and spiritual leadership in their homes and personal lives. This is a higher-level class designed for men serious about achieving deep, lasting change rooted in faith. We will delve into the sophisticated principles of emotional health and scriptural wisdom, providing you with tools to reduce reactivity, manage your own emotional triggers, and cultivate the peace of the Holy Spirit in your life. Our ultimate goal is to help you develop a calmer, Christ-like presence for your children and spouse.
