Read and discuss topics from David Platt’s book, Counter Culture. The class begins by considering a right relationship with God and then moves to various contemporary issues such as poverty, abortion, human trafficking, same-sex marriage, ethnicity, and more.
Join youth leaders John Driscoll and Susan Burton to explore the different "key words" in the bible. We want to take reading scripture and do it in a way that takes our understanding of what we read and look at it with new eyes! This will be a more condensed version of our Wednesday Night class that Susan and Cheryl will be leading.
Wednesdays from 6:15 - 7:30 pm
Wednesday Night -Confirmation Class is for those youth who are in grades 9-12 who want to further their relationship in Christ and work towards confirmation within the church. This class meets in the Youth Office. Confirmation parent/confirmand meeting will be August 25, from 5:00-6:00pm in the Parish Hall.

We will be diving deep into scripture through the inductive bible study method finding themes in scripture that relate to the things going on in our overwhelming lives. Here we will come together, in communion, and explore the different ways that the bible is still real and relatable to us in this day and age!
