With the GRACE Report now promised in November, the postponed Annual Parish Meeting for 2019 is hereby called for 6:30 pm on Sunday, December 1, 2019.  In addition to the Dean’s Report on the State of the Parish, reports on the financial strength of the cathedral and its capital accounts, proposed changes to the Bylaws, as well as details of severance and recovery plans will be presented.  Additionally, discussion of the GRACE Report will take place in an executive session, limited to active members.  First look at the search process for calling the next Dean will also be a part of the agenda.
