Social Justice in the Christian Life

June 1 – July 27 | 6:15-7:30pm
Led by Morgan Clark, Charles Simeon Fellow

From poverty to racism, we are constantly reminded of injustice in the world. What is the Church’s role in promoting justice and equality? Social justice has to do with Christian seeking to spread the good news of God’s love through meeting needs and changing unjust systems. This class will explore the scriptural and theological foundations of social justice and look at current efforts at social justice in the Church.
