This class encourages children to build their “spiritual muscles” as they learn the Old Testament through songs, bible stories, games, and crafts.

The New Testament and Godly Play

This class is an interactive telling of biblical stories that engage children in the word of God through all five senses. This year they will journey through the New Testament.

One Family of Faith

This class helps to prepare our first graders for worship in the Anglican Tradition. Children explore the sacred ministries and spaces of worship, the Holy Eucharist, and more. This is all in preparation for the First Graders Festal Eucharist in April.

The Story of the Old Testament

Second grade will go through the narrative of the Old Testament. The children will focus on the amazing books of Genesis through Malachi while being immersed in the Gospel. Through deep Bible study experience, memorization, crafts, and games kids by the end should understand the timeline of the over-arching Bible story, and recognize how each passage they study connects with the gospel.

Exploring the Gospels

The Church – Acts through Revelation

This class will teach kids how the early church began, God’s plan to use the church to spread the gospel throughout the entire world, and the role of the Holy Spirit in helping the first Church grow and spread. It will also explore the letters of the early church and the Revelation of John.

Becoming Anglicans

Fifth Graders will engage with the historic roots of the Anglican Church, while looking at the mission of the Church today. They will become involved in various activities which will help nurture and foster their Anglican heritage, while seeing how Anglicanism is grounded in the Gospel.
